For clients with Virginia Medicaid, FAMIS, FAMIS MOMS, or Medicaid MCO’s (Anthem Healthkeepers, Optima Medicaid, Aetna Better Health, or Magellan)

We are in-network. Prenatal, postpartum, and doula services are fully covered and we bill your insurance directly.

For clients who are uninsured or underinsured

We have a sliding scale for prenatal, postpartum, and newborn care. Cost ranges from $0-$60/visit and $0-$175 for an ultrasound. These costs are dependent on family size and income.

We also have a volunteer to help uninsured clients enroll in Medicaid, if eligible. Please reach out if you need assistance applying for Medicaid during pregnancy.

Doula services are not offered on a sliding scale.

Midwife visit post-stillbirth or miscarriage

Clients with VA Medicaid, Medicaid MCO’s, FAMIS, and FAMIS MOMS are all covered and in-network. Uninsured or underinsured clients pay $0-$60 on sliding scale. Clients with insurance are out of network and pay $60 per visit.
